Maintenance

Our service team will make sure the apartment is inspected, thoroughly cleaned, and fully prepared for you as the newest member of the community.

You don't need to be present if you don't wish to be. Our qualified team will take care of the service and leave a note with all the details of the work performed.

Yes, we have our maintenance team available Monday to Friday for regular services and available 24 hours for emergency services.

To get help with the repair, you can submit a service request via the resident portal. Be sure to include any access notes and additional information to help our team with your service.

Our community has Latch Access that provides you with a unique code to access your apartment home anytime without needing to have your phone with you.

Our community has a service team available 24 hours for emergency maintenance, you only need to call our line at 615-457-8718 and follow the prompts.

Amenities

We have a private parking garage available for residents.

Enjoy exclusive amenities like an Oasis-style pools with sundeck, a rooftop deck with stunning views, and an executive-style resident clubroom. Stay active in the top-tier fitness centers, and take advantage of the pet-friendly Paw Spa, electric vehicle parking, and contact-less package concierge. Additional shared amenities include two courtyards and two clubrooms.

We are a pet-friendly community. We have two (2) pets per apartment max.

We have gourmet kitchens with upgraded appliance package.

We do not offer furnished options at the moment.

Our amenities are open from 8 am to 10 pm, with the exception of our 24-hour fitness centers.

Our application process take anywhere from 24-48 hours, we have TwoDots verification and application process might take a little longer than usual if additional information is required.

Rent is due from the 1st with a grace period until the 5th. You can pay via your resident portal or bringing a check to the office.

Yes, all residents are required to have their renter's insurance up to date.

Our community is set up with AT&T Fiber, we will take care of everything for you and it will be ready to go on your move in day.

Your utilities will be separate from your rent, the only thing you need to set up is renter's insurance and electricity. We will take care of the rest of items for you.

We will refund your administration and security deposit. Application fees are non-refundable.

You can fill out your application on our website, our application fee is $75 per person.

We don't have public transportation nearby; however, you are in a very walkable area with everything within minutes.

We are in district 5 of Nashville.

Our community is located in the historic Germantown neighborhood, just within minutes of different grocery stores, restaurants, shops and more.

Directions

Its very easy! We are located in Taylor Place Developtment, when you type our address in your GPS it will take you directly to our leasing office.
